For 3 years, the general management of SOKOA has been collegially ensured by Jean-Michel BERRA and Timothée ACHERITOGARAY. Jean-Michel BERRA wished to put an end to his mandate and not to stand for a renewal in order to better reconcile professional and private life.
SOKOA's Board of Directors has unanimously appointed Timothée ACHERITOGARAY as CEO.To carry out his mission, Timothée ACHERITOGARAY will continue to rely daily on the Executive Committee (Comex) composed of the main executives of the company.
